Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can highly recommend Chris from CSC Floor Sanding. We had a fingerboard floor in the hallway of the bungalow we moved into. Chris came round to have a look at the floor as we were unsure what to do with it. Chris gave us some great advice, he is very knowledgeable. He even removed our old carpet so that he could see the floor and advise us. Chris gave us a full explanation of the sanding and varnishing process. After some time we decided not to renovate the floor as we felt it would look a "bit busy" on our small hallway, we let Chris know. If we ever needed some floor work again we would not hesitate to use CSC Floor Sanding. Thank you Chris for all your help and advice!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've now had Chris in to sand and renovate two rooms of parquet flooring for us. He is an absolute perfectionist and the quality of his work is second to none; it genuinely looks like we've had a new floor laid. Would 100% recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Chris has sanded 5 floors for me in two different houses each with amazing results. You won't find a harder working professional with a more painstaking approach. Your floor will look better than you'll believe and the lack of dust will leave you wondering how it happened. An absolute pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
